The SGBA sponsors a number of service activities to aid the churches in ministry and spiritual growth. We are ever expanding these services as the needs present themselves.

Annual Conference
The Annual Conference is usually held during the last week of July. The conference is designed for the family and provides a time when members of other churches can come meet, learn, and fellowship together.

Couple's Retreat
Solid Christian homes produce solid Christian churches. The SGBA has developed a retreat with couples in mind. This annual retreat is a special time for married couples or couples considering marriage to focus on building a Christ-Centered relationship. Children are to be left in the care of someone else for this trip. This retreat is for couples of all ages!

Men's Retreat
The Men's Retreat usually takes place near the middle of February at the Pine Trails Campsite in Saugatuck, Michigan. The focus is on building up men to be proper husbands, fathers, and servants of the body of Christ. We have also added a Men's Retreat in the Pennsylvania area to facilitate participation by our bretheren in the Northeast.

Summer Camp
Summer Camp is usually held in the first week of July. The SGBA is looking for more suitable facilities for the camp program in Michigan. Summer Camp is designed for children in 5th grade through 12th grade. Counselors are volunteers from SGBA affiliated churches.

Women's Retreat
The Annual Women's Retreat provides an opportunity for the women of the SGBA to meet, have a time of sharing, and hear messages pertaining to women's issues. The retreat is usually held in March and located in a hotel for convenience.
